Processing Times:
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged from our studio in Coolangatta, Queensland, Australia.
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for order processing.
- Additional processing time may be required during product launches, promotions, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Within Australia
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- International Destinations: 7–21 business days
Please note that customs processing times may vary between countries.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Pomare Tribe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Pomare Tribe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
